TAB Mobile Carts

Heavy-Duty Industrial Material Handling Carts

When the right cart doesn’t exist on your floor, workers improvise. And improvised material handling is where parts get damaged, backs get thrown out, and production slows down. TAB Mobile Carts are fabricated to fit your actual operation, your parts, your floor, your workflow.

Built from heavy-duty steel with industrial casters and configured to your specifications, TAB Mobile Carts handle the real loads, the real distances, and the real conditions of a working manufacturing or warehouse floor.

Available Configurations

Low-Profile Transfer Cart: Designed for moving sheet metal, flat stock, and formed parts under tight clearances. Low deck height minimizes tipping risk and makes loading easier on operators.

Heavy-Duty Material Cart: Maximum load-bearing configuration for moving large assemblies, heavy stacks, and oversized parts across the facility floor. Built for applications where standard carts flex, crack, or simply cannot handle the weight.

Tugger and Assembly Line Cart: Hitches onto powered tuggers for sequential line-side delivery without forklift congestion. Links into tow trains for efficient parts flow in assembly environments.

Built For

  • Sheet metal shops moving blanks and formed parts between press brake, punch, and weld stations
  • Assembly lines requiring consistent, sequenced parts delivery without forklift congestion
  • Warehouses handling heavy, awkward loads that need controlled, safe cart transport
  • Any facility where workers are currently improvising with hand trucks, forklifts, or nothing at all

Why TAB Mobile Carts

Generic catalog carts are built for generic loads. If your parts are awkward, heavy, or sized outside the standard range, a catalog cart is a compromise. And compromises on the shop floor cost time and create risk.

TAB designs carts around what you are actually moving. That means the right deck length for your sheet sizes, the right caster rating for your floor conditions, and the right tow configuration for your tugger setup. The result is a cart that fits into your workflow from day one instead of one you work around.
