The new TAB Wrapper Tornado Genius Controls orbital stretch wrapper models provide a fully automated pallet wrapping experience. With this breakthrough, proprietary control technology, a single forklift driver can automatically stretch wrap a pallet load in 30 seconds or less entirely from the seat of the forklift – no remote controls, no buttons to press, no cords, no need to touch a plastic film roll.

When finished, the wrapped pallet load is unitized as a tight, secure, stable load ready for safe, smooth transport and storage that resists shifting in transit without needing banding, strapping, crates, boxes, or other outer containers.
The Genius Controls TAB Wrapper Tornado represents the safest, fastest, easiest way to protect against product damage in transit and safeguard workers from cuts, scrapes, and injuries in manual packaging and material handling.
To use the automated Genius Controls models, the forklift operator raises a pallet load and drives towards the center of the wrapping ring. The orbital stretch wrapping machine automatically recognizes the forklift, scans the pallet load and dimensions, and determines the appropriate amount of stretch wrap. Then it applies the stretch wrap 360 degrees around and under the pallet and load in overlapping layers as needed. After it’s wrapped, the Genius Controls automatically cuts the end of the stretch wrap and holds it at the ready for the next pallet load.
