TAB Industries, LLC warrants the TAB Wrapper Tornado’s^® steel structure to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of sixty (60) months from date of delivery. The electric components are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. All other components are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Should any failure to conform to this warranty be reported to TAB Industries, LLC within said period, TAB Industries, LLC shall, upon Purchaser promptly notifying TAB Industries, LLC in writing thereof, correct such nonconformity by suitable repair to such equipment, or at its option, by furnishing a replacement part F.O.B. point of shipment. Return of equipment to TAB Industries, LLC shall be at Purchaser’s risk and expense. Components furnished by TAB Industries but manufactured by others shall carry whatever warranty the manufacturer conveyed to TAB Industries, LLC and which can be passed on to the Purchaser. TAB Industries, LLC shall not be liable for any repairs, replacements or adjustments to the equipment or any cost of labor performed by the Purchaser without TAB Industries, LLC’s prior written approval. Damage to equipment caused by the use of non-genuine replacement parts is not covered under this warranty.

The effects of corrosion, erosion and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from the TAB Wrapper Tornado^® warranty. TAB Industries, LLC makes no other warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, except that of title, and all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

Correction by TAB Industries, LLC of nonconformities whether patent or latent, in the manner and for the period of time provided above, shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of TAB Industries, LLC and its Distributors for such nonconformities whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict liability or otherwise with respect to or arising out of such equipment. The warranty covers parts only. All labor and freight are at the customer’s expense.
