HOW THE CYCLONE MODEL WORKS
For operations looking to replace slow, inconsistent hand wrapping with a fast, repeatable automated process, the Cyclone is the answer. Its semi-automatic operation and touchscreen control panel make it easy to start and use.
- The operator places the loaded pallet on the turntable using a forklift or pallet jack.
- The photo eye sensor reads the load height (24″ or taller) and the operator initiates the wrap cycle via the touchscreen panel.
- The turntable rotates at up to 12 RPM while the film carriage travels up and down, applying stretch film in a consistent spiral pattern.
- The machine completes the wrap cycle automatically, and the operator removes the wrapped pallet with a forklift or pallet jack, ready for storage or shipment.
