HOW THE LIGHTNING MODEL WORKS
The Lightning model simplifies bundle wrapping into a quick, repeatable process. Operators place the product, attach the film, and press the foot pedal to start the wrap. In seconds, the ring secures the item through a simple process:
- The operator places the item or bundle on the machine and attaches the stretch film.
- Using the foot pedal control, the operator activates the wrapping cycle.
- The Lightning applies continuous, 360° wrap coverage for a tight, secure hold.
- When complete, the operator releases the pedal, cuts the film, and removes the wrapped bundle.
