Compensation

- Production labor starts between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on experience.
- After your first 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a pay increase based on your performance, dependability, and positive attitude on the job.
- Benefit package begins upon completion of the 90-day trial period.
- Wages for managerial and supervisory roles range from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience, leadership ability, and overall qualifications.
- Administrative and executive positions are compensated on a per-position basis with wages comparable to industry standards.

MANUFACTURING
Welder Lead
Job Summary:
The Welder/Lead will weld, plasma cut, and grind metal pieces and products by using welding equipment, plasma cutter, grinder, and hand tools. This position will also assist on the floor, operating various machines and equipment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- On-floor, hands-on working position
- Set the example of positive workflow ethics
- Oversee daily workflow and other team members
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and weld metals according to customer or employer requirements
- Operation of heavy equipment such as saws
- Perform setup of machines and preventative maintenance as required
- Examine created welds to check for defects/flaws
- Learn and perform different methods of welding
- Perform safety and quality checks
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to understand and comprehend measurement
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
- Able to follow proper safety protocols
- Must be able to pass a welding skills test
Education and Experience:
- MIG welding experience
- TIG welding experience
- Plasma Cutting experience

- Able to work in noisy environments
- Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to read a tape measure and other measuring equipment
- Read blueprints and weld metals according to customer or employer requirements
- Examine created welds to check for defects/flaws
- Ability to learn and perform different methods of welding
- Operation of various machines and equipment. Sets and adjusts necessary controls to regulate machines
- Perform setup of machines, prepare fixtures and feeding devices, starts machine, and engages feed
- Perform safety and quality checks
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
- Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
- Ability to follow proper safety protocols
Education and Experience:

Lead CNC Laser/Brake/Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Motivated, results-driven individual with leadership skills
- Oversee the laser and brake operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective management of resources
- Manage day-to-day operations and continually evaluate the performance of the business, and strive for continual improvement
- In collaboration with the General Manager, ensure adequate resources (personnel, materials, equipment, and training) are provided to meet the company objectives
- Responsible for meeting customer, statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor budget/expense management
- Maintain a work environment conducive to good employee morale while inspiring an overall team mindset
- Perform basic mechanical and programming tasks in support of customers and production staff
- Provide regular status reporting to the General Manager
Requirements:
- Reading and interpreting work operation sheets to determine appropriate operations to be performed
- Setting up equipment to specifications and work instructions
- Understanding of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Complete production paperwork and make required entries into the company database
- Ability and desire to learn operations and direct personnel in multiple departments
- Ability to stand/walk, bend/twist, and lift up to 100 pounds

Experience:

- CNC background in metal fabrication preferred

CNC Machinist and Maintenance
Job Summary:
This position will work independently and will utilize equipment to produce high-quality products in a timely, professional manner. This position also tends to the fabricating machine’s essential duties and responsibilities, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining setups, as multiple setups may be required throughout each shift.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and set up CNC machines while operating, ensuring the setup will produce the necessary quality throughout the production run, and ensuring that setup and cycle times are adhered to
- Build and modify fixtures as necessary
- Perform setup of machine and preventative maintenance as required
- Responsible for first article inspection and documents how jobs are set up, run, and checked thoroughly
- May have to set up and operate secondary operations when the cycle time of your primary job allows
- Set up and operate manual equipment as necessary
- Requests orders of tools and materials necessary to keep work flowing
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of metal manufacturing and general production shop equipment; advanced knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC controls, and machinery
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to understand and comprehend measurement
- Computer familiarity (Excel, Word, Outlook) with efficiency in sourcing items and technical data on the internet
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
