To be introduced at FABTECH Orlando booth #S-11128, the breakthrough Genius Controls technology enables one forklift driver to trigger the TAB Wrapper Tornado to automatically stretch wrap a pallet load in 30 seconds or less without pressing any buttons, handling plastic film rolls, using remote controls, or even leaving the seat of the lift truck.
As the lift truck driver approaches the orbital wrapping ring with a pallet load, the TAB Wrapper Tornado equipped with Genius Controls automatically recognizes its presence, scans the load dimensions, determines the appropriate amount of stretch wrap, and applies the stretch wrap 360 degrees around and under the pallet and load. When complete, the Genius Controls automatically cuts the stretch wrap and readies it for wrapping the next pallet load.
Ideal for metal shops offering fabrication, stamping, powder coating, cutting, welding, and other metalworking services, the new Genius Controls operating package is available on TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital stretch wrappers with 115-inch, 100-inch, and 80-inch wrapping rings as standard.
